Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to Withdraw from the Contract with the Company, without penalty, within the period of 14 (fourteen) working days.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised, within the above period, directly at the store – open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. (Monday / Friday) in:

An essential condition for the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the Products to be returned and their packaging.
The Modes via mail of Return of Good, Return of Good, or Exchange are:
- The Customer must notify by e-mail, phone call, fax, or by filling out the form with the mode of transportation of the Good;
- The Company will respond to the Customer indicating the type of transportation it considers correct for the protection of the Good;
- The Good must be returned in its original packaging with what is contained therein;
- The Good shall be considered returned when the carrier returns the Good to the indicated RS Consulting Srl office, on behalf of the Client exercising the right of withdrawal.
- The transportation costs of shipping the Good to the Company shall be borne by the Client exercising the right of withdrawal.
- The Company reserves the necessary time to check the condition of the Good before refunding the Customer the amount paid. If there are the prerequisites, the Company shall refund within 30 (thirty) days from the day of receipt of the returned goods.
